When you sign up for a premium membership, the subscription is set to automatically renew for the same period as your initial membership unless you disable this feature. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time. If you decide to keep it on, your subscription will be automatically renewed for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal
You can easily cancel the auto-renewal feature for your membership by following these steps:

Desktop user:
- Step 1: Log into your account.
- Step 2: Navigate to "Settings" by clicking on the gear icon (⚙) in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Step 3: Select "Billing" from the menu.
- Step 4: Find the "Auto-Renewal" section and click on the slider next to "Your membership auto-renewal is ON."
- Step 5: A confirmation message will appear. Click on "Confirm" to finalize your choice.
- Step 6: Once confirmed, the auto-renewal will be turned off for your current membership period. You will not be charged again unless you manually re-enable auto-renewal in the future.

- If your subscription was made through Google Play or the App Store, you will need to manage your auto-renewal directly through these platforms.
- Google Play Store:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap on your profile picture and go to "Payments & Subscriptions."
- Select "Subscriptions" and find your membership.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel auto-renewal.
- App Store:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap "Subscriptions" and locate your membership.
- Select "Cancel Subscription" to turn off auto-renewal.
- Google Play Store:
- If your subscription was made through Google Play or the App Store, you will need to manage your auto-renewal directly through these platforms.
Important Notes:
- Timing Your Cancellation:
- We recommend making any changes to your auto-renewal settings at least 48 hours before your membership is set to expire to ensure the system processes your changes correctly.
- Visibility of Auto-Renewal Option:
- If the auto-renewal option is not visible in your account’s Membership Settings, this means auto-renewal is not available for your current membership, and your membership will not be automatically renewed at the end of your current billing period.
